Southbound I-95
Traveling I-95S get off Exit 7, Atlantic Street. Merge into traffic
on South State Street and go straight for 4 lights. Take a right
on Washington Boulevard. Follow for 5 lights, then take a right
on Broad Street. Follow through 1 light then take a right on Summer
Street. A short way 1/10 of a mile down Summer Street you will see
a parking lot on the right, park there.
Facing the street you will see the back of a building with an atrium
to your right - this is 20 Summer Street. Head toward the building
between the building and the atrium, the entrance to the elevators
is on the right. Go to the 3rd floor and proceed down the hall to
the Pyramid Real Estate Offices.
Northbound I-95
raveling I-95N exit at Exit 7, Greenwich Avenue. Merge into traffic
on North State Street and pass through 1 light. Take a Left on Washington
Boulevard. Follow for 6 lights then take a right on Broad Street.
Go through 1 light and take a right on Summer Street. A short way
1/10 of a mile down Summer Street you will see a parking lot on
the right, park there.
Facing the street you will see the back of a building with an atrium
to your right - this is 20 Summer Street. Head toward the building

Southbound and Northbound Merritt Parkway (CT 15)
Take Exit 35, High Ridge Road. Take a right at traffic light and
proceed down High Ridge Road approximately 2.7 miles. At that point
High Ridge Road turns into Summer Street. Proceed approximately
1.4 miles to the corner of Broad Street and Summer Street. A short
distance 1/10 of a mile down the block you will see a parking lot
on the right, park there.

to your right - this is 20 Summer Street. Head toward the building
between the building and the atrium, the entrance to the elevators
is on the right. Go to the 3rd floor and proceed down the hall to
the Pyramid Real Estate Offices.
Parking:
During the day parking is .25¢ for every ½ hour with on street
parking. For Lot parking it depends on length of stay and can range
from $1.50 for an hour to $5.00 for the day. After 5pm there is
a pre-paid parking for $3.00, Monday, through Saturday.
